Insanely Flexible Woman's Limbo Skills Will Bend Your Mind

Limbo is in Shemika Campbell's blood. Coming from Trinidad and Tobago, her mom and her grandmother were both limbo dancers since it was the traditional Trinidadian form of dance. However, Shemika can REALLY limbo. She holds three world records for it - including lowest height for a bar under which a female has passed (8.5 inches off the floor) and farthest distance to limbo under a 12" inch bars (10 feet). She's made TV appearances too, from America's Got Talentto The Ellen DeGeneres Show to The Late Late Show and more.

So when Shemika showed up at a local deli during a visit to her home country of Trinidad and Tobago, the crowd urged her on to show off her talents, and she obliged.

Somehow, Shemika once again seamlessly squeezed under a bar that hovered just over eight inches off the ground.
