A 47 year old man is being accused of walking up to child and asked the kid if he was "wearing a mask?" the little boy replied "yes" and then the 47 year old allegedly told him to take it off.
The 47 year old then asked the boy if he could shake his hand and when the child refused he grabbed his hand and got close to his face and said "you now have corona virus"
The man who is being accused of this crime has been arrested and told police he wasn't sure if he had COVID-19 because he has not been tested.
