Megan Thee Stallion completely dismissed Slim Thug in the middle of her Coachella set after he accused her of having a crush on him.
The Houston hottie hit the stage for her performance during the second weekend of Coachella on Sunday night, April 20. Midway through her set, Meg repped her hometown by playing "Still Tippin'" by Mike Jones, Slim Thug & Paul Wall. While the song played, Meg addressed Thug's claim that she has a crush on him after she played his songs during her set last weekend.
"And no Slim Thug, this don't mean I want you," she told the crowd. "I just like your music bae."
Meg's comments come a week after Slim Thug claimed the "Hot Girl Summer" rapper was trying to profess his love for him. In a video he posted last week, Thug told his fans he was convinced Meg had a crush on him because she played two of his hits during her Coachella set.
"Did y'all see [Megan] Thee Stallion dancing to 'Thug From Around The Way' and 'Still Tippin'?" he asked on Instagram Live. "If that ain't a 'Hey I want you daddy' call, I don't know what is. So I'm just waiting on my day kid. I'm just waiting for her to come to Houston and hit my line like 'Hey I'm in town pick me up. It's only a matter of time at this point. She brought me out in Houston. I know she got a crush on me by this point. She danced to two of my songs? I say I'm in there."
Slim Thug referred to the moment when Meg brought him, Bun B, Lil' Keke and Paul Wall out during her "Hot Girl Summer Tour" stop in Houston last year. The Texas legends performed a few of their hits while Meg jammed out with them on stage. Despite her love and appreciation for the veteran MCs, it doesn't seem like Meg is trying to start any romantic relationships with them.
