Everyone knows my love of super UNhealthy sweets (cake, ice cream, cookies, candy, you name it). And I have a hard time eating healthy meals, as well. I simply don't have the time or energy to cook. But I have found some items that make eating healthier a WHOLE lot easier!
Another reason I love these is that they are meatless. I have a thing about eating frozen meals with meat. The texture is just gross. Always rubbery to me. So these are a great way to get protein!
First off, these bags of Superfood frozen meals are FANTASTIC! The Quinoa & Spinach is my fave so far! What could be easier than just popping a bag in the microwave, then dumping into a bowl? I take these to work and keep them in the freezer for convenient lunches!
I also really love these Protein Blends! I can't wait to try every one of them! My fave so far is the Italian Style. It Is HEAVENLY! I love lentils!
Here are some that I haven't tried yet, but they look delish! I have the Zucchini Lentil Pasta With Marinara at home right now!

What if you could eat an entire pint of ice cream for 240 calories? Well, you CAN! I have discovered Halo Top ice cream. The calorie counts differ, depending one which flavors you choose. My faves so far: Lemon Cake, Mint Chip, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, and Oatmeal Cookie. I can't wait to try more flavors!
